1. Conditions
The quotation is valid for 2 weeks after the quotation date. All prices are, unless stated otherwise, net excluding VAT. All work is carried out under the application of the NEBIFA terms and conditions.

2. Written Order
The order becomes final once the client gives written or e-mail approval of the quotation. After approval, a date will be scheduled for the measurement work.
3. Installation & Interior Specifications
The client must provide complete, clear, and written specifications for the food truck interior (including number/position of sockets, cooling units, dimensions and materials of worktops, colors, and other equipment), so these can be included in the technical drawings.
Incomplete, unclear, or late specifications are the responsibility of the client and may result in additional work and costs.
4. Work Preparation & Drawings
- KombiNed aims to deliver technical drawings within 5 working days.
- Changes must be communicated no later than 3 days after the drawings have been sent.
- The drawings only become final after written approval from the client.
- After approval, products will go into production; no further changes are possible.
- KombiNed checks drawings carefully. Errors after approval and related costs cannot be recovered from KombiNed.
5. Payment Terms
All invoices must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
A. Orders < €50,000
- 80% upon order confirmation
- 20% upon project delivery
B. Orders ≥ €50,000
- 60% upon order confirmation
- 30% upon material delivery
- 10% upon project completion
6. Warranty
The warranty covers only replacement or repair of parts where the client demonstrates defects that, under normal circumstances, could have been prevented by KombiNed. The method of replacement or repair will be determined in consultation between the client and KombiNed and executed by KombiNed. The client must give KombiNed the opportunity to verify the defect.
7. Order Cancellation
If the client cancels the order, the costs already incurred (e.g. supervision, measurement service, work preparation and/or production) will be charged. KombiNed reserves the right to cancel the order if the client creates unreasonable working conditions or if the facilities for installation of the product are insufficient.
